About the project
A production-ready, multi-tenant Hotel Management System covering the full hotel operations lifecycle — from front-desk bookings to back-office inventory and financial reporting.
The system handles the complete booking lifecycle: Reservation → Check-in → Room Shift → Check-out → Bill Settlement, with a real-time room availability grid showing Available, Occupied, Dirty, and Maintenance states at a glance.
The F&B / POS module supports table management, Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT), and a "Settle to Room" feature that consolidates food charges directly into the guest folio. A dedicated laundry module handles steward assignment and auto-billing to the guest account.
The inventory system tracks vendors, purchase orders, and stock consumption. A unified billing engine consolidates room charges, extra beds, laundry, and food into a single bill with GST/Tax calculation baked in.
Multi-tenancy ensures secure data isolation per hotel client, with subscription countdown and automated access lock via backend middleware. 35+ Zustand stores manage granular state across bookings, inventory, POS, laundry, and more.
